We Build Leaders the Intrepid Way
Intrepid's core mission is to professionally and personally develop individuals and teams to maximize their potential and live honorably. Intrepid's guiding question is WHY US or more specifically, WHY YOU?
Intrepid's veteran-led curriculum combines established leadership doctrine with best practices tried and proven through decades of service. The curriculum guides self-reflection to assist clients to see themselves and teammates more clearly and set conditions to improve self and team as needed.
Gallup's Strength Finders personality assessment and coaching provides a language to self-discovery. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team doctrine enables professional trust. The deliberate exchange of expectations between peers enhances commitment and accountability to each other and the team. Intrepid's short-story professional readings stimulate dialogue and group discovery while reinforcing Intrepid's core leadership lessons.
Each client creates his or her own Personal Leadership Philosophy to intentionally define their base and core priorities. This allows each client to determine if they are on their base or if drift has occurred. It also assists each client to better articulate their base to teammates to eliminate barriers to trust and understanding. With these barriers removed, individuals and teams can be more intimate and accountable to each other and begin to maximize their potential as they pursue the answer to the question WHY US?
Intrepid's leader development mission includes seminars and adventure camps for college and high school students to instill confidence in our young leaders and invest in our collective future.
Intrepid also provides corporate strategic planning and military tactical mission planning seminars. We are here to forge leaders and teams for a complex and demanding world.
